Prospect data with evidence
Nothing is searched until the profile is written down.
Prospecting fails at the start, not at the end. A profile that says decision makers in manufacturing produces a list that fits nobody. A profile that says plant managers at automotive suppliers in one state produces a base that can be found, scored and written to.
So the profile comes first and it is a document: what kind of company, what size, where, and what has to be true about them for a conversation to be worth anyone's time. Every company found is scored against a written rubric from one to ten. The top band gets outreach, the middle band gets nurture, the rest is set aside, and the question why did we write to them always has an answer.
Discovery runs across public directories, company sites and commercial sources you already license. Where a licensed LinkedIn seat is used, a person uses it at a human pace; nothing is bulk exported. Every field keeps its source.
The base fills a shared board as it happens. Companies, scores, addresses by evidence grade, and later every contact's state.
Questions
Large enough to feed the mailboxes for months, small enough that every company genuinely fits. A base of one thousand companies with sources beats ten thousand guesses, because only the first can be sent to without burning the domain.
