Outbound Engineering builds and runs outbound systems for business clients under a written agreement. Nothing on this site is an offer to a specific client; scope, fee and start date are agreed on the call and in writing.
We do not promise inbox placement, reply rates or signed contracts. We promise a system that is measured, reported honestly, and adjusted on what the readings say.
Clients keep ownership of their data, their subdomain and their prospect base. On termination we hand everything over in a readable format and delete our copies.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of what they ask us to say about their product, and for complying with the laws that apply to their outreach in their market.
