Shared board

The shared board is the CRM view the client and the operator both look at: the base as it fills, each mailbox's cap for the day, every contact's state and every reply with its classification.

There is no report at the end of the month. There is a board, and both sides look at the same one. It shows companies keyed and scored, addresses by evidence grade, each mailbox's reading and cap, every contact's state, and every reply with the state the agent gave it.

One rule shapes it: absence is textured, never shown as zero. A number that has not been measured is drawn as a hatched tile, because a zero from nothing sent looks identical to a zero from something broken, and the reader is looking at the board exactly when that difference decides what to do.

The proof page on this site is built from the same tiles for the same reason.

Questions

Does the client own the board?

Yes. The base, the subdomain and the readings are the client's, and on the way out they are handed over in a readable format.
